Adobada Tacos at Beaumont's

These lettuce wrapped Adobada Tacos from Beaumont's Eatery in Bird Rock are some of the best tacos I have ever had. They are PHENOMENAL. I highly suggest opting for the bibb lettuce instead of the tortillas. Doing so kept the dish light, added another texture to the profile and made the dish less heavy. 

The pork had tons of flavor, and the cremas had a really nice kick together with the salsa. They definitely have some bite to them, but the heat builds nicely with the sweetness of the pork. This dish was offered on their happy hour menu you can see here, Beaumont's Eatery Happy Hour.

As I am trying to eat whole30 compliant about ninety percent of the time right now, these are definitely classified as a cheat meal. In regard to the lettuce wraps, they were happy to make the switch for us and were very accommodating.  If you are going to treat yourself, make it worth it.
